Cruz, Adriana

My name is Adriana Cruz. I teach 6th grade and this is my fifth year teaching. I grew up in San Jose and am a proud San Jose State alumni. I have my Bachelor's in Child and Adolescent Development and Master's in Teaching at San Jose State University. I decided to be a teacher because I enjoy learning and have always admired teachers growing up. I also wanted to be a positive role model for all students, especially students of color. When I am not teaching, I enjoy watching movies, doing puzzles, coloring, visiting Disneyland, and spending time with my family. Thank you for sending me your amazing children to school every day!
