Time: 3:40 - 5:00PM (Drop off best in front of the MHS office, near Escuela)

Workshop:
Our upcoming workshop is called "Skateboard Showdown"! Join us as we learn about the following scientific concepts:
Drag
Friction
Energy
Collaborative designing - participants will work together to design and test their projects!
Activity Description: Students will become engineers as they design and build their own skateboards. We'll be testing out our skateboards on multiple different surfaces to study the impact of surface friction on an object's kinetic energy!
As they experiment, they’ll record their observations and results on a hands-on lab worksheet!
