Hello Spangler Families,

Some students recently received a Notice of Missing Vaccinations to take home. If your child brought home one of these notices, please take one of the following steps as soon as possible:
  • Schedule an appointment for your child to receive the missing vaccinations.
  • Submit updated immunization records or other appropriate documentation so we can update your child's file accordingly.
As a reminder, all required vaccinations must be completed for students to remain enrolled in school, in accordance with school and state immunization requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your child's exclusion from school until the requirements are satisfied.
